Non-VR Version for iPad & iPhone

The iPad and iPhone version of Titans of Space PLUS, distributed via Apple App Store, collects no user data whatsoever. There is no network transmission back to DrashVR LLC, no accounts, no analytics, and no achievements integration.

VR Version for MDM & Institutional Deployments

The MDM version of Titans of Space® PLUS, distributed via ManageXR, ArborXR, or Meta business release channels, collects no user data whatsoever. There is no network transmission back to DrashVR LLC, no accounts, no analytics, and no achievements integration. This is the version deployed in schools, museums, and institutions.

VR Version for Meta Quest Store

The retail VR version available on the Meta Quest Store collects the user's platform ID solely to grant platform achievements. This ID is not retained by DrashVR LLC. No accounts are required, no analytics beyond platform defaults (Meta/Steam store-level), and no other user data is collected.

Microphone permission is not required but may be requested if the user chooses to create custom Tour Guide presentations via the in-app editor. In that case, the microphone is used to record the user's voice for the sole purpose of creating Tour Guide content. This content is stored locally on the user's device only. Microphone data is never transmitted over the network.

VR Version for Steam

The retail PCVR version of Titans of Space PLUS, distributed via Steam, collects no user data whatsoever. There is no network transmission back to DrashVR LLC, no accounts, no analytics, and no achievements integration.

Third-Party Services

Titans of Space PLUS contains no third-party SDKs, no advertising, and no tracking. There are no analytics services, no social media integrations, and no data shared with any third party.

COPPA, FERPA, & GDPR Compliance

The MDM, iPad, and iPhone versions of Titans of Space PLUS collect no data at all, making them compliant with COPPA, FERPA, and GDPR by design. Even the retail VR version only accesses a platform-level user ID transiently for achievements and does not retain it. No student/user data is stored or processed by DrashVR LLC in any version.

Data Deletion

No user data is retained by DrashVR LLC, so there is no mechanism for requesting deletion of user data. There is nothing to delete.
